Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Lumio platform at lumioagency.work, operated by Lumio Agency LLC ("Lumio"). The platform is an internal tool for Lumio staff and for clients who receive private links (quotes, reports, contracts) from Lumio.

1. Accounts

Staff accounts are created by a Lumio administrator. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Connected Google accounts

• Google accounts are connected only by authorized Lumio administrators, for client accounts Lumio is permitted to manage.
• Changes to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics are made only after review and approval by Lumio staff. Campaigns are created paused.
• Clients keep ownership of their Google accounts and data and may remove Lumio's access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate Google policies or applicable law.

4. Results

Reports and AI suggestions are provided to support decisions. Advertising results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
